Hairdressing Apprentice

Salon Augustin is a full-service high-end hair salon that has been in business for over 40 years. We are currently looking for an outgoing, bilingual, and hard-working Hair Assistant. Full time and part time are both available.

**Pay is negotiable and based on experience**
- Position Responsibilities:_
- Greeting customers and preparing clients for treatment
- Shampooing and providing hair treatments
- Sweeping floors / folding towels / keeping salon clean and tidy
- Stocking and cleaning retail area
- Assisting Hairstylists / Colorists
- Learning about hairstyling/coloring
- If you have the experience: begin styling and coloring hair at a junior/beginner level (opportunity to grow quickly)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
