**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Category Management team by overseeing vital Category Management Tasks & Quality Assurance Protocols.
- Manage & maintain the integrity of the Supplier Documentation SharePoint Site (Library of vendor documents)
- Including but not limited to: New Supplier Documents, Volume Incentive Agreement & Quality Assurance Documents
- Identify gaps / risk of exposure - identify suppliers that are missing documentation / Take action to rectify those gaps.
- Ensure consistent nomenclature protocols are used and followed when saving documents to the Supplier Documentation SharePoint Site
- Oversee the IDC Quality Assurance & Compliance Program.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests for vendor and/or product compliance certifications.
- Ensure required regulatory documents are requested and saved yearly.
- Insurance Certificate
- LOG (Letter of Guarantee)
- FDA and Health Canada Certificates
- Medical Device Certificates
- 3rd Party Testing and Pass Certificates
- Specialty Certificates (i.e. Kosher Certified, SFC Certified)
- Facilitate new vendor setup requirements & manage the approval process.
- Monitor New Vendor/Supplier Request Group Mailbox and route to appropriate Category Manager for review.
- Assist in New Supplier Agreement negotiation process.
- Ensure all required documents are signed and saved to the Supplier Documentation SharePoint Site
- Oversee New Supplier set up in IDC System
- Various Category Management projects may require support, such as, but not limited to:

- Annual Supplier Evaluation Process.
- New government compliance initiatives.
- Monitor Recall Notification Group Mailbox and route to appropriate Product Manager.
- Vendor rationalization and product conversion projects.
- Vendor registration and billing for the annual IDC Vendor Trade Show and Dinner.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Advanced level proficiency with SharePoint
- Consistently exhibits high level of motivation and sense of urgency
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Ability to adapt and possess the desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities
- College diploma/degree or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in contract management.
- Vendor relations experience is an asset
- Prior experience Liaising with Legal departments or Category Management teams an asset
- Knowledge of Food Safety & 3rd Party Certification documentations
- Knowledge of Foodservice, and Food Contact Packaging industry (Manufacturing or distribution)
- Bilingual (an asset)
