**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Greet guests upon arrival at the resort.
- Interact with guests - engage, approach, introduce yourself and initiate conversation. Explain each attraction and communicate the individual restrictions and age requirements.
- Help move and manage line-ups and traffic flow using our virtual queuing system QLess.
- Working in parking lots directing traffic and answering guest questions
- Share your passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and help orient guests to the Mountain.
- Extensive resort knowledge - resort events, amenities, restaurants, childcare and parking facilities.
- Support the Guest Services team and Events Team in promotion, organization and execution of activities and special events.
- May assist in facilitation of groups and conferences greeting buses, and other duties as required
