**About CCRM**:
**Internship Term**: 12-16 Months

**Role Summary**:
As the Supply Chain Intern at CCRM, you will be involved in the operations of our Centre for Cell and Vector Production (CCVP) facility. You will support all aspects of materials flow, maintain control and accuracy of inventories and supplies, and communicate requirements from users to Planning and Procurement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Log incoming shipments
- Track shipments to ensure project timelines are met.
- Receive and store material both in the CCVP facility, Process Development Lab, and in external storage areas.
- Manage onsite facility inventory of material needed for general facility operation.
- Coordinate customer shipments, ensuring all requirements are met (tracking, temperature and delivery time).
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and terms of legal matters that affect purchasing policies.
- Support supply chain reporting and analysis.
- Comply with all GMP policies.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years in a Bachelor’s program or Diploma program in a Life sciences/Engineering-related discipline.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Knowledge of any of the following is an advantage: inventory metrics or material requirements planning (MRP), storage and transportation of hazardous or infectious materials.
- Leads by example by proactively identifying problems and areas for improvement.
- Driven to understand, meet and exceed customers’ expectations and requirements.
- Takes a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, with good multicultural awareness.
- Likes hands-on work and interacting with a wide range of people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
