**About the Role**

Your primary responsibility is to support building and enhancing valuation tools in Power BI. You will work with actuaries to understand their needs for financial reporting and risk management. As part of the global valuation team, we create global standard reporting tools that are used by Swiss Re Life & Health valuation actuaries across the globe. Such tools include not only analytical tools on cashflows and reserves, but also a dashboard type of reports that provides key performance indicators (KPIs) to support senior management in making informed decisions. You will be supporting more senior actuaries in the team to develop such tools, partnering with the IT team. **This is a contract position for up to 8 months.**

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with valuation actuaries to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable IT projects. Your role will involve writing clear and detailed business requirements that will serve as the foundation for IT teams to design and develop innovative solutions in Power BI.

**About You**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Bachelor or Master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related fields.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
- Exposure to Power BI is preferred
- Completion of two or more internships in insurance, or business is an asset
- Completion of two or more actuarial exams is preferred
- Highly motivated with an ability to work collaboratively
- Independent, critical thinker yet creative in problem-solving
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
