Responsable de la coordination et de l'exécution de plusieurs taches afin de supporter l’équipe de nos marques privées basée à Montréal et à Toronto. Celle-ci soutiendra également toutes les activités et de multiples initiatives avec les fournisseurs, les bannières et clients de McKesson.

**Responsabilités**:

- Responsable de la création des produits dans les systèmes d'information, des programmes de livraisons automatiques pour les lancements des produits
- Responsable de la communication interne de la marque : mémos internes, communications sur les nouveaux produits
- Responsable de la coordination de la mise à jour des dossiers maitres : Spécifications des produits, Profile des produits et banques de photos.
- Responsable d’exéciter les entrées de données diverses afin de générer la documentation pour diverses activités reliée aux ventes.
- Responsable de la gestion de l'expérience client (clients, membres et fournisseurs)

**Gestion des marques**:
Travaille en étroite collaboration afin d’appuyer la directrice et les gestionnaires de catégories dans les différentes tâches reliées aux multiples projets de développements des marques:

- Production d’analyses, mémo de facturation, demandes reliées au développement de produits et les effectues les tâches administratives suivantes:

- Maintenir et générer toutes les bases de données des marques de contrôle McKesson
- Soutenir l'équipe avec les partenaires internes et externes ; fournisseurs, bannières McKesson, service comptable, Centre de distributions, Opérations et de gestion des catégories
- Compléter les différents rapports et outils de bien gérer les besoins en inventaires et pour la planographie
- Coordonner les différentes étapes de rappels, rapport Back Orders, ETA, et Pharmacovigilance.
- Maintenir les banques de photos à jour nécessaires pour les activités promotionnelles et le commerce en ligne.
- Participe à l’amélioration des processus au sein de l’équipe

**Qualifications mínimales**:

- Il faut en général plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine concerné

**Qualifications supplémentaires**:
Baccalauréat ou diplôme collégial en administration, marketing, commercialisation, ou tout domaine connexe ou équivalent
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et changeant.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit dans la langue française ou anglaise. (le bilinguisme sera considéré comme un atout).
- Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe multifonctionnelle
- Connaissance approfondie des logiciels bureautiques : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team, SAP et Ariba.
