Food Services Supervisor

Sous la supervision du Directeur, Services alimentaires, la personne planifie, dirige, organise et contrôle les activités en salle à manger. Le Superviseur en salle à manger devra faire preuve de polyvalence et de professionnalisme. Ses principales fonctions sont de coordonner le service en salle à manger, en s’assurant que le personnel en place respecte les standards de haute qualité en matière de service aux tables. Il s’assure de la bonne mise en place en salle en manger avec le personnel en s’assurant que les normes en matière d’hygiène et de salubrité soient respectés. Le Superviseur en salle à manger devra accueillir les nouveaux résidents et leur assigner une place en salle à manger.
