**Company description**

"URGENTLY" looking for compassionate individuals with Long Term Care experience to join the JTC Staffing Solutions team. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, and display professionalism. Demonstrates sound judgment with effective conflict resolution skills. Must be flexible and be able to solve problems effectively. Excellent time management and the ability to follow written and oral directions. PSW will report to the Nursing Supervisor/ Director of Care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the plan of care as determined by the supervisor, ensures, and promotes the provision of resident-focused care to meet the needs of residents.
- Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, feeding Provides supervision and/or assistance to residents in the activities of daily living including eating, dressing, transferring, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and bathing as per residents’ individual plans of care to meet their needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
- RPN/RN students who completed 1st year of school.
- Current & clear Vulnerable sector check (within six months) or be

willing to obtain one.
- CPR and First Aid
- Experience working with seniors in a community or long-term care facilities.
- Must demonstrate sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care duties.

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
