This role supports the effective and efficient utilization of Netsuite, helping to drive overall The focus is to contribute to the healthy performance and business optimization of NetSuite, as well as standard maintenance tasks, such as managing users, assigning roles, and building custom reports and workflow scripts and Suitelets. This will require documenting project delivery requirements, and researching and implementing utilization and reporting solutions in NetSuite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manager and administer Netsuite configuration, integration and maintenance of NetSuite and other critical business systems. This includes the design, documentation, building, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of NetSuite administration tasks. Make system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes.
- Develop, document, implement and manage the policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage etc. with NetSuite.
- Collaborate with the HR department and Training team to ensure there is ongoing and applicable NetSuite training for company users.
- Work with users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements.
- Analyze reporting requirements and write and maintain custom reports, KPI dashboards and scorecards for end-users and management.
- Work directly with team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more complex projects that involve integration to/from NetSuite.
- Manage multiple work streams, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, and following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.
- Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and maintain and develop custom records.
- Manage and support data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems such as Dayforce.

**Requirements**:

- Strong functional knowledge of core business processes and NetSuite ERP workflow combined with at least 3+ years of NetSuite Administration or NetSuite consulting experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with creating and presenting NetSuite training education.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite Certification requirements is preferred.
- Experience with Finance and accounting principles, including GL and financial accounting.
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite.
- Proficiency with custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, workflows, and NetSuite data model.
- Ability to think independently and present information in a conceptual, persuasive, and understandable manner.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail while working under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and timely communications on critical issues.
- Experience in creating training materials and performing training for individuals and larger groups.
- Proactive project management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive, collaborative, and organized individual with the ability to maintain flexibility and take ownership of projects and processes.
