**You as a Superintendent will**:
Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
Direct the overall construction program of the project
Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site

Is this the right role for you?

Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Superintendent
7-10 years experience in heavy civil, early site works, road building, grading/drainage, undergrounds and foundations is required
Experience related to Industrial (Oil/Gas/Petrochem/Mining) is an asset
Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
