NAC is current seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator for our Corporate Head Office in Morriston, ON. Reliable individuals with general experience doing minor repairs, painting and landscaping, as well as knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are encouraged to apply- Location:

**POSITION DUTIES**:

- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives, and visitors at all times.
- Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all building systems.
- Complete daily ground work which includes light landscaping, sprinkler system maintenance, security system maintenance at head office and yard (fencing/gates), flower maintenance, garbage removal, snow removal, and salt dispensing around HO and our residential building (located across the street from head office).
- Intermediate carpentry, remodeling, and construction skills.
- Diagnosing and repairing basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues.
- Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures, carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile.
- Ability to paint, complete drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
- Manage all HO building maintenance requests including follow-up to ensure satisfaction and timely completion.
- Make recommendations and requests for new maintenance products and equipment as necessary.
- Maintaining building interiors and exteriors including basic cleaning maintenance as required.
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and trades.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering of head office and residential property supplies and equipment. Including paper towels, hygiene supplies, softener salt, sidewalk sat, printer paper, electrical parts etc.
- Monitor and maintain the physical condition of our additional residential property (located across the street from head office) Perform installation of appliances, general carpentry work, relocation of furniture, recycling, cardboard, and garbage removal

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 5 years in building general maintenance or related fields such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC or mechanical.
- Good knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
- Ability to lift and or move heavy items up to 50lbs
- Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and manage multiple projects at a time.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
- Intermediate computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow company procedures.
- Must have a valid Class G driver’s license and a clean driving record.
