Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong caregiving skills and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or diploma in early childhood education is a plus)

**Salary**: $16.25-$20.83 per hour
