**Job Summary**

**We are a very busy, state of the art full scope optometry office catering to the needs of the Kitchener and Cambridge communities. We provide premium eye care, excellent customer service, use retinal imaging and are able to conduct many different types of diagnostic testing.**

We are seeking a friendly, hard working, adaptable individual to assist a team of five eye Doctors in both of our Kitchener and Cambridge locations. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and technical ability. Excellent phone, organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills a must.

Duties include:

- Greeting patients and escorting them to pre-testing and examination rooms
- Performing patient pre-testing
- Answering incoming phone calls and returning voice mail messages.
- Scheduling appointments, performing appointment reminder phone calls and

maintaining appointment calendars.
- Keeping the office clean, neat and in good working order.
- Light housekeeping duties
- Contact lens training

Previous Optometry Office experience an asset but not required.
