We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking **Dock Worke**r to join our team. As a Dock Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Experience operating a forklift preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Greater Victoria Area
- Ability to lift freight up to 50 lbs
- Ready to work in a fast paced team environment
- Own means of transportation
- Clean criminal record check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Union position with a hire rate of $27.21/hr. increasing to $28.71 after completed probation period
- Comprehensive benefits package available including pension matching program available after successful completion of the probationary period.
