**CONSUMER EXPERIENCE & SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - HALIFAX, NS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As Consumer Experience and Sales Operations Coordinator you will serve as the main connector between Sales and Operations with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Reporting into the VP Operations and Supply Chain, you will work closely across various businesses functions including our 3PL, e-commerce, and last mile fulfillment partners.

Serving as our main customer liaison, you are genuinely excited to help people, and understand the value of excellent communication skills. You are an analytical thinker, good at problem
- solving and have a proactive attitude.

This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a young and fast growing food
- as-medicine brand. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is excited to get their hands dirty in helping Novagevity scale fast and establish systems and processes that ensure our customer experience function runs smoothly.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help customers navigate our website and place orders.
- Respond to e-commerce shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Directs the fulfilment of orders to our customers in both Direct to Consumer and Business to business channels in Canada.
- Works with the Operations and Supply Chain team to manage the flow of inventories in and out of the warehouse.
- Focusing on team participation and coaching with a customer satisfaction approach.
- Support and partner with the sales team on order entries.
- Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Recent graduate or certificate in Business and/or Customer relations management
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or person granted refugee status in Canada
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations
- Proficient with Office 365 and must be comfortable learning new software
- Have a basic or working understanding of e-commerce and website customer experience design
- Is curious, constantly questions the way things are done in a constructive manner and thrives on change that improves results

**COMPENSATION**

This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary, annual bonus as well as Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
