**What you will do**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team as we are actively recruiting for a** Quality Supervisor** responsible for coordinating the dimensional validation of machinery and fixture attributes while supporting part specific dimensional layouts prior to customer sign-off. This position reports to **Corporate Quality and Customer Services Manager**.

**What we’re looking for**
- Supervise a group of Quality Control Team Members, including Inspectors and Technicians while
providing guidance and feedback to perform day to day operations
- Mentor, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports
- Plan and schedule the Team to achieve project timelines and requirements on budget
- Identify deviations from quality standards and keep accurate documentation on the statistical
analysis completed
- Monitor outsourced supplier quality compliance
- Facilitate communication between the Quality Department and the customer
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
**What you need to succeed**
- BSc degree or relevant field of study required
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures
- Thorough knowledge of fixture, equipment, and part layout practices required
- Experience in mentorship and training recommended
- Solid leadership skills compulsory
- Sound organizational skills needed
