**Key job duties**
- Counsel individuals, groups, couples, families on a wide range of issues including: grief and loss, family violence, sexual violence, child abuse, interpersonal conflict, work-related stress, and life transitions.
- Maintain compliance with organization, licensing body, and accreditation standards for client services, record keeping, and continuous improvement.
- Keep up-to-date on new developments in the field, set professional goals for growth and development.
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or relevant discipline as well as registration with a professional association.
- Experience working with people who have experienced trauma, including sexual violence, family violence, childhood and family origin abuse.
- A creative, collaborative individual who wants to work in an environment of growth, learning, and flexibility.
