**Communications Coordinator**

We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to help assist our growing company. This role will focus on preparing, collaborating, and broadcasting communications for many elements of TownSuite’s ongoing activities in a fast-paced environment. This will include customer engagement, promotional content, regular newsletters, proposal content (templated content), and product notifications.

This position is located Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Sales team to develop and deploy marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and send monthly invitations to customer webinars, manage registrations, communications, and moderation of the monthly webinar (no instructional role is required). This specific activity will also require post-webinar communication and documentation management.
- Provide assistance to the Sales Team to prepare advertising and promotional content for industry event participation. Including, advertising, written promotional content, TownSuite Team bios, product summaries, etc.
- Work close with different TownSuite Teams to prepare a monthly newsletter that is broadcast to all product users.
- Provide assistance to the Support Team to prepare and broadcast notifications about product update deployments, service notifications, and product-specific information that needs to be sent to customers.
- Work closely with different TownSuite Teams to collaborate on upcoming announcements related to product development and deployment, customer engagement, and other communications requirements that will arise.
- Work closely with TownSuite Team Leads, primarily in the area of Sales & Marketing with a focus on customer engagement and customer communications.
- Work with members of the Management Team on internal communications, as / when required.
- Prepare graphic content for promotional print and/or publication, working within and building upon the established branding and graphic design content that is already established.

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma and/or equivalent experience in communications or general business/marketing.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, including grammar and writing.
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback.
- Well organized, patient and attentive to details.
- Ability to communicate with clients and TownSuite staff.
- Willingness to learn and develop a general understanding of TownSuite mERP products and services and the various TownSuite Teams that support product development, product improvement, implementation, technical support and sales.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides and Drive. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, including Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat a plus.
- Knowledge of any of the following areas would be a benefit but not required: Local Government Administration, Accounting, Land Management, Asset Management, Recreation, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management.
