The Pearle Hotel & Spa is looking for hard working and enthusiastic individuals with incredible attention to detail and a passion for providing amazing service. An accomplished cleaner, the Room Attendant efficiently and thoroughly completes their duties, always doing a quality job to leave the property in an excellent state of affairs. Successful applicants take pride in maintaining meticulous standards in a luxury hotel and possess outstanding guest service skills.

- You have experience as a professional cleaner
- You are WHMIS certified
- You have a positive and proactive attitude, and demonstrate the following qualities; flexibility, dependability, and highly team and service oriented.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Clean and service assigned rooms and areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash etc.
- Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations
- Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations
- Be aware of and ensure adherence to the Hotel’s policy regarding security of bedrooms and master keys
- Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures
- Report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department
- Deal with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
- Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care as required by Hotel policy
- Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform and personal hygiene
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by management (laundry, public areas, etc.)
