Hub City Driving School has been proudly serving the Greater Moncton Area since January 2021, helping new drivers achieve their driving goals. As we enter our 5th year in business and continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated, professional driving instructors.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a fluent bilingual (French/English) casual, as-required driving instructor to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling based on our varying needs, which may include weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends. Please note that as this is a casual, as-required role, and there is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours. However, there is potential for this position to grow into a more consistent role depending on business demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-car instruction to students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to pass their driving tests.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment.
- Ensure students understand and follow road safety rules and regulations.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluently bilingual in French and English** (both written and spoken).
- **Valid Class 5 driver’s license** with a minimum of **5 years of driving experience**.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
- Clean driving record.
- Must undergo and pass a **criminal background check**.
- Must be willing to complete **paid training** and successfully pass the driving instructor test administered by Service New Brunswick.
