Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing custom cabinets and furniture pieces. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
**Duties**:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications
- Assemble cabinets and furniture using various tools and techniques
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Repair and restore existing cabinets and furniture
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
**Skills**:
- Proficient in cabinet making techniques and woodworking principles
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood materials and their characteristics
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience with assembling and disassembling furniture pieces
- Skilled in using power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
