As a Housekeeping Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our community by fostering an environment of cooperation and teamwork, leading and mentoring a team of Housekeepers, and ensuring quality of service. The person who fills this role will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day housekeeping operations to include:

- Clear vision with focus, courage, integrity, honesty, and humility as the cornerstone of leadership for this position
- Departmental goal setting that engages renowned operations
- Bringing forth new systems that will efficiently and effectively propel operations beyond industry standards
- Further, develop auditing processes to change as departmental needs change
- Use creativity and innovation to solve problems
- Have a sound understanding of overall operations as well as budgets
- Have knowledge and experience with infection control and an interest in expanding the infection control procedures
- Have experience with scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or combined equivalent of education and experience
- Have at least two years of experience managing a team
- Have a “can-do” attitude towards their work and be passionate about maintaining a five-star site appearance
- Be proficient with computers, including multiple programs.
- Must have flexible availability to include weekend coverage
