We are currently looking for a **Full-time Sport/Camp Team Lead & Receptionist** to join our amazing and enthusiastic team.

The Sport/Camp Team Lead & Receptionist is responsible for responding to member inquiries as well as all camp related and multi-sport programs. This role is the first point of contact for all customer service requirements and provides daily communication with parents and guardians of camp members. This role oversees the activity planning, coordination of daily schedules, supervision and mentoring of camp staff and ensures the safety of staff and campers.

**Position Expectations**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Greet all members in a warm and friendly manner
- Respond to member inquiries (in-person and electronically)
- Promote member loyalty and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the Club’s professional image and reputation
- Creating and maintaining member records
- Monitor and supervise day camp and PA Day programs
- Oversee and manage all Camp Counsellors in the facility providing guidance and instruction
- Design programs and facilitate a collaborative and positive working relationship among Sport Coaches, Camp Staff and Department Supervisors
- Ensure that set-up, clean-up and maintenance of the camp facility is completed
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Manage and oversee all multi-sport programs
- Work collaboratively with department Supervisors to ensure multi-sport programs requirements are met
- Oversee and coordinate special events (e.g. Birthday parties, club promotional offers etc),
- First point of contact for any inquiries or complaints from members related to camp programs, multi-sport programs and special events

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience with reception and/or customer service
- 2 years’ experience in a camp environment
- Previous experience working with children 4+ years
- Certification in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED
- Expert verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Demonstrated time management, conflict management and stress management skills required
- Flexibility to work days, afternoons, evenings and weekends
