**Responsibilities**
- Clean, sterilize, and package dental and medical instruments according to established protocols.
- Operate sterilization equipment and monitor cycles to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the organization and inventory of supplies necessary for sterilization procedures.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control policies at all times.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Tracker.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and sterilization best practices.
- Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
