**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to Vice President of Operations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for manufacturing operations, working closely with Management to develop accurate projections and variance analyses.
- Manage inventory costing and valuation processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day financial operations of the business, encompassing banking activities, month-end procedures, accounts payable/receivable functions, payroll support, and ensuring the efficiency of financial processes, systems, and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, such as new product development, process improvements, and capital investments.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to Management and stakeholders, communicating financial results and recommendations effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 2- 4 years of experience in financial management roles within the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting principles, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of financial management.

**Compensation**:

- We offer a competitive base wage and a performance based bonus program
- After 90 days of employment, you will become eligible for our Extended Medical and Dental benefit program, which includes a $500 Health Spending Account
- Once fully onboarded, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid location arrangement Three weeks of paid vacation
