We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for beauty and enjoy enhancing clients' natural beauty, we want to hear from you.

**Location**:
Nestled in the heart of Whitby on Brock Street, just minutes away from the 401, lies our esteemed and award-winning LBD Academy alongside the serene Lashes by Design Lash Lounge & Beauty Boutique. Our expansive loft spans 3500 square feet, boasting modern
elegance with lofty ceilings adorned with cedar planking and abundant natural
light streaming through sunny windows. Featuring 6 beautiful private rooms, a
spacious waiting area complete with a kitchenette, and a generously sized
beauty classroom, our environment exudes warmth, charm, and creativity. Plus,
enjoy the convenience of complimentary parking for our team members and clients.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- **Client Consultation and Customization**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to discern their preferences and needs, tailoring lash designs to enhance their natural beauty. Provide clear communication on post-care instructions and recommend appropriate products for maintenance.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Uphold meticulous standards of cleanliness and organization at your workstation, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols. Personal hygiene and a professional appearance are non-negotiables.
- **Strong Work Ethic**: Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of your work. Must be available to work on Saturdays.

**Compensation**:

- **Flexible Compensation Options**: Choose from commission-based compensation, hourly wages, or room rental arrangements, catering to your individual preferences and needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
