As a computer technician, you will be responsible for providing support (level 1 and 2) to users for computer hardware, communications and software used in the company (Windows, Office Suite, Office 365 and others).

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Respond to user IT requests to support multiple infrastructures and software
- Install, configure, support and manage the inventory of computer and network equipment (computers, printers, phones/phone systems) and software for users
- Manage firewall, switch, WiFi antennas
- Perform the necessary analysis to justify the purchase or replacement of computer equipment and prepare bids from our various suppliers
- Research hardware and software solutions to meet user needs

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEC or AEC in computer science with a network option
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WiFi and/or VPN networks
- Knowledge of Exchange/Outlook or the Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of VWWARE (asset), Veeam (asset)
- Ability to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and serve users in a respectful manner
