**Commercial Insurance Advisor**

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be a key player in driving sales, retention, and customer excellence. You will use your expertise to provide the necessary servicing to our clients. Every day you will build lasting relationships with our customer, both internal and external.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Accept and quote insurance within underwriting binding authority
- Liaise between clients and external insurance companies to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Proactively contact clients to identify any concerns, educate on new product information, and complete policy reviews
- Process changes to insurance policies according to Western policy and procedures
- Prepare client documents and reports

**The value you bring**
- General Insurance Level 1 License is a requirement (Fundamentals of Insurance or CAIB)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.
- Must be passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
- Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
