**Job Summary**:
They would also have to have hands-on understanding of farm animals and the willingness to get their hands dirty and do basic farm chores. This position would be a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person.
Part-time until Summer, which would then be full-time and continuing on into the fall when school starts. First Aid & CPR mandatory before July 1st.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers/students at all times during activities
- Plan and lead group games, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures
- Assist in the development and implementation of daily camp/school programs
- Provide guidance, support, and positive reinforcement to campers
- Daily farm chores and care or clean up of farm animals
- Helping maintain the farm and preparing the property for the summer camps
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and camp staff
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge or background in early childhood education is a plus
- Ability to educate and provide tutoring assistance when needed
- Familiar and comfortable around farm animals. Experience preferred
- Nature enthusiast with creative thinking and ideas
