**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs.
- Utilize various techniques and modalities to address client concerns, including stress relief, pain management, and relaxation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options, progress, and any necessary adjustments to their care plans.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space that reflects the values of our collective.
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners within the collective to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in massage therapy practices.

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
- Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their health concerns.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and identities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in a wellness or holistic health setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: $88.75-$95.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
