Children Believe is currently recruiting for the following position:
**Digital Content Services Manager**

Based out of Canada Office, reporting to the Director, Digital and Community Engagement, the Digital Content and Services Manager is responsible for the content management for Children Believe’s digital platforms to effectively communicate our brand narrative, maximize awareness and drive revenue.

The position sources, writes, edits and publishes digital content with informational support from colleagues across all 7 Children Believe locations. This also includes curating and implementing the digital content calendar in alignment with the needs of the different internal business units, while ensuring we grow our digital properties following best practices. This position works collaboratively and cross-functionally with multiple business units to promote accurate and timely output of content.

This role includes, but is not limited to:
**Content Management of Websites**
- Manage, write, edit and update content across seven sites. This includes, but is not limited to:

- assigning, researching, writing, editing and proofreading blogs
- updating the site with new stats, projects, press releases, bios and more
- improving individual pages as requested by page stakeholders or as needed in keeping with digital best practices
- updating FDC main pages, including, but not limited to, homepages, about us sections and GCAT page
- build site authority through SEO, partnerships and more
- source video, photos and other creative for site pages
- work with vendors and communications to create/edit webpages, videos and other content as needed
- Test and analyze metrics and competitor content to inform future content

**Technical Management of Websites**
- Direct developers through changes and updates needed, including writing, triaging and approving IT tickets
- Update and create web posts, pages, templates and more on WP
- Meet with IT regularly to review weekly needs and determine priorities
- Test with IT as needed for site updates, system failures and other maintenance
- Continuously improve site quality, SEO and site accessibility

**Digital Campaign Content Management**
- Support Director, Digital and Community Giving in creating compelling digital engagement with our donors
- Create and proofread digital ad copy as requested
- Provide key messages for online campaigns as requested
- Supply blogs, stories or ad copy, as needed for campaigns
- Work closely with vendors and CB Video producer to create and source video and other assets for digital content growth and upon request.
- Build/write campaign landing pages upon request
- Collaborate with Community Giving Manager to improve engagement, reach and diversify our community of donors, volunteers, fundraisers and supporters

**Social Media Management**
- Collaborate with digital team to create monthly content calendar, in line with CB social media strategy and annual plan and in consideration of the digital marketing, donor engagement, communications and other key CB stakeholder needs
- Source CB assets, build creative and post to various channels
- Work with digital vendor to drive more content to channels (e.g. Follow campaign)
- Work with influencers/creators to build engagement and drive conversion
- Test and analyze metrics and competitor content to inform future content as well as drive more engagement, site visits and conversions
- Provide support answering comments with the communications’ manager, as needed
- Collaborate with Community Giving Manager and vendor to build out social campaigns, test new strategies and increase conversion

**Leadership & Staff Development**
- Lead, motivate and support the Digital Community Coordinator
- Articulate expectations by setting goals and monitoring to ensure the results are achieved

**Administration & Other**
- Responsible for managing expense budgets and communicating variances, as requested
- Work with finance to ensure vendors are paid on-time
- Provide creative support to the digital team and all stakeholder teams
- Proof, edit and provide feedback to create continuity across all copy
- Keep up-to-date to digital marketing and content marketing news, updates and best practices
- Provide input to communications, donor relations and the brand creative manager to strengthen our brand voice and content
