**Objectives**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide accounting and Clerical support
- Enter and maintain precise and accurate records of payable and receivables
- Enter key data of financial transactions into ERP software
- Reconcile any irregularities in financial transactions
- Work collaboratively with other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Other finance and administrative duties as required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Calculation of monthly rebates by vendors and customers
- Monthly posting of Amortization for fixed assets and maintaining fixed asset continuity schedule.
- Monthly posting of prepaid expenses and maintaining continuity schedule.
- Monthly posting of Loans payments and continuity schedules.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 2 plus years of accounting and finance experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
