We are hiring to fill some exciting positions We are a long-standing licensed group child care facility located in Pitt Meadows with 5 different programs that are rich with music, art, play and laughter

We are seeking loving and experienced (3+ years minimum) individuals who are truly passionate about our field We promote a healthy work-life balance and value and respect our team. We are proud of the work we do each and everyday and truly enjoy working together.
- **Lead by example and able to encourage team members bringing exceptional leadership skills.**:

- Prepare and maintain materials needed for daily activities
- Ensure our philosophy, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Bond with each child and provide them with a nurturing and stable environment
- Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural different

Be creative and positive

Be able to work full-time shifts between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Be able to work closely with managers and other staff members

Demonstrate excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Must have previous experience in a Licensed **Group Childcare Centre and have experience working with children with exceptionalities and SCD (Supported Child Development) and or experience in a Lead Position**

Must have a can-do attitude and be able to think on their feet and manage in a busy facility

**Qualifications**:
BC Licensed Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Clear Criminal Record Check

Valid First Aid Certificate

3 Reference Checks

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
