**What you’ll do**
- As the Technical Support, you will report to Associate Director, Information Systems and will be responsible for providing technical support for the systems under BCCHF’s IS administration to users and partners, as well as providing technical support for events hosted by BCCHF.
- More specifically you will be responsible for:

- Providing T1 technical support for Foundation staff on the following areas:

- o Hardware Support (Desktop computers, laptops, desktop phones, mobile phones)
- o Printer Support (Multi-function and personal desktop)
- o Cloud Application Support (Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- o Website Support (troubleshooting and escalating reported website issues)
- Providing on and off site technical support for BCCHF hosted events, including determining technology needs for events, setting up and taking down of technology and troubleshooting issues during events
- Investigation, diagnosis and resolution of end user calls to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assisting with the deployment of equipment as needed
- Assists the System Administrator with system administration and monitoring

- Proactive and solutions oriented with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multi-site office environment
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
- The ability to work within a team environment but also to work autonomously
- Be able to work in a project basis, coordinating with other departments
- Knowledge of maintaining Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and Power Point)
- Familiarity with system threats and best practices for security
- Knowledge of maintaining Windows Servers
- Experience integrating Windows and Apple platforms
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge would be an asset
