A passionate cook with banquet experience who can handle a busy rush but finds things to do during slow times - this is a hands-on position. Capable of running banquet events from menu creation to pricing while coordinating with other managers. A self motivator, skilled at directing and teaching a small staff of under ten. A salaried position, guaranteeing permanent employment year round in a seasonal golf course setting, busier golf season from April to September, slower during the off-season. An enjoyable atmosphere with fun, driven team members. Other tasks would be scheduling, inventory, budget control, some janitorial and some maintenance/equipment maintenance. Other required skills would be knowing your way around computers, some social media, and being pleasant with others. Lots of room for growth both professionally and personally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
