**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and preferences
- Use CET Designer for commercial interiors to create furniture layouts and design plans that meet client requirements and industry standards
- Provide clients with detailed furniture specifications, including product details, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with others including interior designers, architects, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product innovations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture specification or related field
- Excellent knowledge of furniture design, construction, and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CET Designer for commercial interiors and other relevant software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON N3S 0H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- design: 5 years (preferred)
