- Inventory all new salvage digitally
- Quality control over seas all shipment for damage and quality
- Oversee and manage inventory control processes and procedures
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Utilize data analysis tools, such as SQL and data visualization software, to generate reports and insights on inventory performance
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Identify and resolve issues related to inventory accuracy, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management

- Body shop experience a must
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in inventory control or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems (e.g., AS400) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
- Knowledge of retail management practices and e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
