**_ Skills:_**
- Represent the company and your workmates with professionalism and pride.
- Work through all phases from demolition to finishing (Able to think ahead to the finishing details while in the demo and framing stages).
- Must have a wide range of skills that span from framing with wood and steel studs, hanging doors installing millwork, cabinets, etc.
- Drywall experience is an asset.
- Experience with woodworking and finishing an asset.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must be organized and able to keep work area clean.
- Integrity, good judgement, strong work ethic, courtesy toward other fellow staff members, sub-trades, property owners and occupants of the property.
- Able to take direction and follow through on instructions.
- Willing to learn and have a "Can do" attitude.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours/day.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms.
- Must have their own basic hand tools and belt.
