Eaton’s ESSG CA Canada division is currently seeking a Shipper.

**What you’ll do**:

- Position Overview:

- Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, this position is responsible for all duties related to shipping, preparing shipping documentation for outbound shipments, arranging/scheduling additional transportation for all outbound materials and ensure customer product is delivered to the correct location.
- This role is located at one of our Eaton Satellite locations (6 in total), which are located across Canada and comprise of smaller assemble-to-order facilities and complement our medium to large manufacturing facilities within Canada.

- In this function you will:
- Load outbound shipments using Forklift in the container.
- Prepare Shipping documentation and wrapping and strapping of outbound shipments.
- Pack shortage parts that needs to be shipped on Express shipments and prepare documentation accordingly in the Forwarder Portal.
- Participate in cycle counting during Quarterly physical inventory count, ensuring accurate count.
- Support the Receiving Team as required.
- Handle internal inquiries and provide assistance in locating materials.
- Provide input and recommendations to improve effectiveness of work area.
- Utilize numerous functions of Oracle on daily basis to fulfill warehouse responsibilities.
- Effectively dispose of scrap material.
- Maintain Daily 5S responsibilities.
- Work from written or verbal instructions from Supervisor, system generated picking documents and established work routines.

Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge / experience with hand and power tools.**Qualifications**:

- Required (Basic) Qualifications- Completed High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- Valid Forklift License.
- Minimum 1 year experience in driving Forklift.

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years experience with Shipping
Experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
Experience using Fork trucks, hand trucks, weigh-counting scales, storage bins and racks, ladders, packing carts, stretch wrapper, pallets and bar code scanner.
