You will be in charge of our **organic marketing campaign strategy** across our social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to **grow our social media presence, by creating fun and engaging content showcasing our products.**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies;
- Build analytics, and create monthly reports on key metrics;
- Strategize content ideas, while executing a results-driven social media strategy;
- Collaborate and manage our Social Media Content Producer to publish engaging content through text, images, and video, while building meaningful connections with our customer base;
- Increase brand awareness on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube;
- Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels, while ensuring content alignment with brand image;
- Monitor social media channels and conduct market research to identify industry best practices and trends;
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends, and use findings to come up with creative content ideas for Reels and TikTok, showcasing our products;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team in the creation and execution of a social media content calendar;
- Plan lives, giveaways, and engage with customers via our various social media platforms;
- Attend photo and video shoots and produce live social media content.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field;
- 3-4 years experience in Social Media Marketing is a must;
- Ability to deliver creative content, via text, image and video;
- Knowledge of social media planning tools is a plus (Later, Planoly, SproutSocial);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Outstanding project management skills;
- Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail.
