**What You'll Do**

The UX Researcher will use their expertise in user-centred design and research methodologies to influence decision-making processes and promote a customer-centric mindset throughout HRdownloads. This role will champion user research within HRdownloads to bridge the gap between user needs and product development, enabling the organization to create highly intuitive and user-friendly digital products and services.

As a UX Researcher you will:

- Work with product managers and designers to develop and advocate for appropriate research strategies to understand user needs for our digital products and services.
- Plan, design, prepare, and run user research activities to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital products as appropriate.
- Conduct contextual discovery, experience mapping, diary studies, early-stage concept and prototype testing, and contextual usability and accessibility testing.
- Manage the end-to-end-process from recruiting test participants, designing test tasks, and preparing discussion guides, to test moderation, analysis, and presenting results.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive research documentation, including research plans, discussion guides, research reports, and presentations.

**About You**

You are a UX professional who:

- Has 3 years of progressive user experience research and project management experience
- Has successfully completed a bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Is ambitious, confident, collaborative, and coachable.
- Has a proven capability to ensure that research projects are completed within the agreed upon timelines.
- Has the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other UX researchers in the wider corporate group to establish best practices and standards.
- Has a record of designing and conducting high-quality user research studies that provide actionable insights.
- Can leverage a busy, energetic, fast-paced, and open work environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
