Chillin' Buds is cannabis retailer located in Paris, Ontario and only minutes away from Brantford. We are expanding and looking for two Keyholders for our new location. Chillin' Buds is dedicated to providing a wide range of products and excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. We are committed to promoting responsible cannabis use and educating our community about each product.

As a Keyholder at our cannabis retail store, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will assist in overseeing store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and/or closing duties
- Monitor and reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Use of POS system and Tablets
- Continuously stay on top of training modules, new products and industry trends
- Provide accurate information about products, strains, potency, usage methods, and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively
- Assist in managing and counting inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations regarding cannabis
- Support sales associates during shifts, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Open and close the store according to scheduled shifts, ensuring adherence to security protocols and company policies.
- Follow all security protocols and procedures to prevent theft and ensure employee and customer safety

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail
- Well groomed with happy, positive disposition
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be willing to study different strains, brands on a weekly basis
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal background check
- Understanding of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, college degree or equivalent
- Must have a driver's licence and reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
