- Increase profitability by developing pricing policy, challenging staff, and holding them accountable to their directives & goals as it relates to pricing decisions.
- Lead a committee of stakeholders in the development and implementation of pricing strategies
- Monitor and analyse performance and adherence to policy, audit historical patterns, and bring in best practices from other BUs and regions.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to develop and document market intelligence.
- Analyze sales prices and their margins, documenting deviations from the policy and identifying trends.
- Develop and maintain means of communicating pricing information to stakeholders.
- In collaboration with the RSM/ROM/RPM, studies, fixes and revises the discount profiles. Following the approval of his immediate supervisor, makes changes to customer / dealer discounts in the system.
- Maintain confidential database of market intelligence and competitor quotes.
