Shipper - Day Shift

Join our team We are looking for a strong, organized person who is detail oriented.

You will be responsible for shipping, inspecting and packaging a variety of products according to detailed instructions.

This is a full time position in our Oakville facility. Our assembly area is clean, bright, and spacious with high ceilings. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with possible overtime.

**Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)**:

- Prepare necessary documents to ship finished goods.
- Pack and prepare goods for shipping using appropriate packing and shipping materials. This includes adding tagging, small parts (keys, couplings, etc.).
- Perform product inspections prior to shipping.
- Schedule pick up with transport companies. Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain shipping records. Close out shipped orders on computer system.
- Drive forklift or use pallet jacket to move bulk product to the proper destination point.
- Ensure housekeeping and organization (5S) of the shipping area.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of warehouse or shipping experience.
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
