The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all marketing requirements within Ridgeline Canada Inc. and all Ambipar Canadian businesses. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team of Ambipar Response in creating marketing materials and tactics.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals;
- Participate and chair weekly marketing meetings with divisional representatives;
- Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials;
- Manage all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google my Business. Participate in conferences, industry events, scheduled dinners/mixers and golf tournaments to help promote Ridgelines’ services and network with clients;
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales;
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results including statistical reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
- Represent Ridgeline in all Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). This is to be maintained on a consistent basis;
- Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future marketing goals;
- Coordinate with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to complete corporate projects and initiatives in a timely manner;
- Measure areas of corporate performance to identify areas of improvement;
- Gaining and using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop unique marketing tactics;
- Any other tasks assigned to this role.
- **Education & Required Qualifications**:_
- Degree (or Diploma) in Business with a major in Marketing and 3 or more years of direct industry experience;
- Experience in developing and coordinating marketing and client events;
- Proven experience and success with Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);
- Computer skills to produce marketing material, reports, documents and presentations;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software, Canva (or similar program), Publisher and Adobe Acrobat;

- Ability to consistently deliver accurate, high quality and professional work;
- Proven ability to problem solve and work independently when required;
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills;
- Ability to follow detailed instructions;

- Team oriented and positive attitude;
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side.
