**GRAPHIC DESIGN & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

(Approximate 18-month term, Full-time)

**More about the position**
As the Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and distribute promotional materials and reinforce Caisse’s brand identity. You will also be responsible for designing and communicating online and print materials, internally and externally. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: managing marketing campaigns, updating the corporate website and online banking, creating content, supporting social media platforms and problem-solving.

**What you bring**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or communications or an equivalent combination of skills and experience, including a portfolio that showcases your experience with print, web and social media using different software and tools
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a marketing role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms with the ability to employ and update for purposes of marketing/branding
- Strong knowledge of website administration (WordPress) with the ability to employ and update for purposes of marketing/branding
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
- Detailed oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn new concepts and software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), Adobe products (Reader, Acrobat Pro DC) and WordPress
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop with the ability to design ads and collateral materials
- Strong communication skills and high proficiency in both French and English, written and verbal, are required

The position will require overtime in the evenings and weekends, and may require light physical work such as equipment assembly and lifting marketing materials.
