This role requires excellent creative writing skills, attention to detail, and a modern aesthetic across channels/platforms. The office is based in Oakville, ON.

**Copywriting**:

- Write clear and compelling public-facing content focused on storytelling such as
- website copy and social media posts/content.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand and marketing initiatives.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Create and record dynamic video content and post it on social media in a timely manner.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Monitor and respond to comments on all platforms.
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design compelling and appealing graphics and content for marketing/sales funnels.
- Creating unique graphics for social media stories/posts as well as for paid ads.

**Tech Support**:

- Schedule virtual events on Zoom [Meetings and Webinars]
- Create and manage events in Eventbrite
- Schedule Google Calendar event invites for the team.
- Create backups for all WordPress and CRM platforms

**Skills/Traits required**:

- College or equivalent diploma/ degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year experience as a Marketing Assistant, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing, communication, grammar, and storytelling skills.
- Strong Visual communication/graphic design skills (layout, composition, typography)
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and others.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks equally well.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to quality check your own work, with a proactive attitude.
- Team player and a self-starter
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
