We are seeking an innovative and dynamic **Creative Director** to own and craft creative strategies that ignite inspirations, spark emotion, and breathe life into the ground-breaking travel experiences we offer our guests

You'll lead our hard-working in-house team of digital and brand designers and copywriters, spearhead creative initiatives, and craft our brand narrative to audiences across every touchpoint. **Creative Strategy Development**:

- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative creative concepts for campaigns, projects, and initiatives
- Clearly communicate and present creative concepts internally to various audiences, including collaborators from different departments and senior executives

**Brand Management and Identity**:

- Define and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines that outline how the brand should be represented across various channels, including guidelines for logo use, colour palettes, typography, imagery styles, visual identity, as well as writing voice, style, and tone
- Act as guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing mediums, advertising campaigns, print materials, social media channels, and other brand touchpoints
- Develop compelling brand messaging that successfully communicates our unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience

**Project Management and Execution**:

- Act as an in-house agency by partnering with cross-functional collaborators to understand requirements, set delivery expectations, assemble feedback, and deliver on-brand solutions that are aligned with business goals and strategie.
- Lead all aspects of the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and aligning the design and messaging with the creative vision and brand standards
- Own and lead the creative development process, from intake to approval, ensuring clear understanding and adoption of processes across team members
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on time

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and encourage the creative team of designers and copywriters, fostering a collaborative, encouraging, high-performance environment
- Create an environment that pushes the boundaries of design by providing ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously develop creative abilities
- Confirmed experience in a similar creative leadership role, including design, copywriting, brand narrative
- Shown ability to bring original thinking and creative concepts to life that spark emotion; not just breathtaking images or styling that are solely aesthetically pleasing
- Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, and other design software; video experience is an asset
- Copywriting direction experience, including developing tone of voice for customer-facing brands
