Mammoth Equipment and Exhaust Inc. is currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Handling delivery inquiries from customers and providing timely updates.

**Order Management**:

- Setting up new orders and additional orders efficiently.
- Booking and scheduling loads to meet customer demands.

**Documentation**:

- Preparation of domestic and international shipping documentation, including packing slips, certificate of conformance, labels, waybills, customs documents, CUSMA certificates, and authorized release certificates.

**Reporting**:

- Planning, implementing, delivering, and reporting to the Admin and Finance on orders shipped.
- Determining the method of shipment and arranging shipping.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicating with freight forwarding companies to book pick-ups, verify rates, and transit times.
- Preparation of shipments online using various platforms (FedEx, etc.).
- Tracking shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or with transferable skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using company’s shipping software and systems.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
