Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with service selection
- Process retail sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and restock front display retail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Manage cash register and perform cashiering duties as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of salon products - Clean salon at the end of each shift - Wash, dry and fold towels daily
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of salon products and services
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Secondary School (required)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
